How Reqlio handles data.

Effective 7 September 2026

What we collect

Setup enquiries include the contact and business details you submit. Client workspaces store owner account details, customer service requests, uploaded files and reference links, initial estimates, consultation proposals, final terms, confirmation decisions, follow-up tasks, and operational delivery records.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure Reqlio, deliver the managed setup, route each request to the correct business, support quote delivery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to enquiries.

Who can see it

A business owner can see only their assigned workspace. Reqlio operators can access workspaces when needed to configure and support the service. Customer quote, appointment and reply pages require their own valid private links. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

Reqlio currently uses hosting and database infrastructure, Supabase for owner authentication, QStash for signed background jobs, and Resend for transactional email when delivery is enabled. These providers process data only to operate the service.

Files linked from other services

If you share a reference link, Reqlio stores the link with your request. The file remains with its original provider. You control its sharing permissions there; deleting the request in Reqlio does not delete that external file.

Retention and deletion

Workspace records remain available while the service is active. An operator can archive a workspace, schedule deletion with a 30-day recovery period, and permanently delete its related data after that period. A minimal deletion audit is retained for security and accountability.

Your choices

You may ask the business that collected your quote request to correct or delete it. For a Reqlio sales enquiry or account request:
Contact the person who set up your Reqlio workspace, using the contact details provided during setup.

Automation

Reqlio keeps pricing and personal customer communication under human control. A setup enquiry does not create a workspace, subscription, or charge. An operator reviews the demo request and configures a workspace through concierge setup. Customer commitments remain under the business owner’s approval.
